The Theme
This theme, inspired by and based heavily on the Clearlooks_Cairo-Curve theme by Billy Cantrell (GTK+ 2) and the Adwaita theme by the GNOME Desktop developers (GTK+ 3), is a simple theme which uses modern features of the Clearlooks widget engine and a Bluecurve-like color scheme to provide a rich and aesthetically pleasing desktop experience, especially for prolonged and continuous usage.
This fork, as it has come to be, has come a long way since the original. Version 0.4 (currently in development) of this theme attempts to maintain the Bluecurve-like aesthetics to make your GNOME 3 desktop even more beautiful and usable!
Due to the focus of this, recent version of GTK+ will be required for proper functionality.

(2011-11-14) Second Release Candidate: 0.4
Several months later, this second 0.4 release candidate fixes a lot of GTK+3 problems (such as opaque tooltip coloring), updates the GTK+2 theme with some changes from upstream Adwaita, and disables the "dark" subtheme. See the Download page for details.

It has been over three years since the last release of my CurvyLooks theme. This 0.4 release candidate contains initial support for GNOME 3 theming. It still needs some work (hence, "release candidate"), and not all theme aspects from GTK+ 2 are implemented for GTK+ 3 yet. :) See the Download page for details.
(2009-03-05) What Do You Want?
It has been nearly a year since the last release of my CurvyLooks theme. This isn't from lack of ability or intent, but solely due to lack of necessity: Nothing has become broken or dysfunctional (to my knowledge) and I've not really had any further itches to scratch with it. I've not done anything with the theme recently simply because it still works as I want it to. However, I'm going to be just a little bit egotistical about it and assume that there are at least a few people out there who actually find it useful. In that case - and I'm definitely opening up a potentially large can of worms with this question - what do you want from the theme? Is there anything missing that would be cool to have added, perhaps? Something wrong with the color scheme somwhere that needs fixing? I need input! :)
(2008-03-16) Re-Released: 0.3
Version 0.3 is released again. The theme and other data is unchanged in the tarball. The only thing changed was the Katakana spelling of "theme", as well as some minor Makefile additions.
